No Refunds or Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products and health regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the purchase is completed. This includes gourmet foods, frozen goods, and other perishable items.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery:

We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement.
